Z10/STL1 camera doesn't want to start

Hi cb10 my name is Waldo. My z10 camera when I try to open said camera can't be start. Can somebody help please

What os? Is this a new thing? Is there an error that pops up? Try a reboot? Try reloading the os? Try a different os?

We need a bit more info to help you out
