What's your point? 10.3.1, 10.3.2 are both supported with no eol listed.

We already know that 10.2.1 is no longer being developed, that's why the 10.3.1 update is considered mandatory.

If your carrier has issues, do it yourself.

No worries about legality. 10.3.1.2708 is official and does not void any warranty. Just download the autoloader for your Z10STL100-1 (verify that this is your model first) in the first post from this thread:

    http://forums.crackberry.com/showthread.php?t=1009696

Don't forget to do a backup first.

You should also download the latest version of BlackBerry Link onto your PC, which is part of the BlackBerry Blend software bundle at www.blackberry.com/blend.

It is not the carrier (telcel, which has publicly stated not being notified by BlackBerry about any updates), and BlackBerry has been so unprofessional by not stepping up and making any statements about it at least in Mexico. Since, as you said, the update is mandatory, I have tried using sachesi, but once I state the country and carrier and select search, no update is available; would you say installing an update from other country / carriers is safe?

10.3.1 update is considered mandatory? I think not. My carrier, Telus, won't allow me to update my Z10. That's hardly mandatory.

Telus is rolling 10.3.1.2708. They have been for a couple of weeks now.

And yes, it is considered a mandatory update by BlackBerry.

Yes it is safe. It is EXACTLY the same OS.

Your carrier has the capability of either allowing BlackBerry updates to pass through to you, or to block them. All of the updates reside on the BlackBerry servers. The carrier chooses to let them through or not.

You've now officially spent 10x more time and effort posting about this problem than it would have taken to fix this problem.

Download and install Sachesi on your computer :

    http://forums.crackberry.com/showthread.php?t=825409

    Download 10.3.1.2708 Blitz file:

    http://forums.crackberry.com/showthread.php?t=1009783

Connect phone, run Sachesi, drag downloaded Blitz file into Sachesi.

    Done.

    Use 302/220. Canada/Telus.

Or even better, if you can stomach starting from scratch, use the 10.3.1.2708 autoloader for a nice, clean, fresh install:

Hi there, I used sachesi, here the results:

    Update took about 1 hour

During that time the phone was hotter than usual

After update, the phone restarted and began to work slowly

I then turne it off, took the battery off the phone, waited for few minutes and inserted the battery again

Phone started, at first it was hit and slow, after few minutes it got faster and less hot

So far it is working fine but get hot very fast if I start using it, I'll watch what its behavior it in the next few days and will update

Oh another thing, I have noticed battery is drining faster.

    Thank you.

You should always wait at least half an hour after the phone boots after an update before you even touch it. Go have lunch or take a walk. Let the phone settle in on its own.

Stop resetting. Keep it on charger(official) and WiFi. Resets do not help after a recent installation. It takes a bit to resync, reindex, etc and the best action during that time is charger + stable WiFi. That way it takes less time to get back to normal.
