Get your money back from them and don't make the same mistake twice.
Did you buy the phone directly from "blackberry" and also returned it for repairs in "blackberry" office?
If not, why make a title like this?
If yes, you have a reserved right to sue them and that is if you have something to proof that you gave them the device and you were told to come back in 15 days. Otherwise, go get a new phone.
