    When I charge my blackberry z10 it will show a battery with an exclamation mark instead of a lighting bolt, and the red light blinks once then stays on for 17 seconds, do you know why it won't come on

    Did you try a different method of charging? PC's USB? Wall's Mains? Different cables/ chargers?

    It could be a number of things and making sure the device can get charged at all is a good move.

    I've noticed this in my Z10 also.. try plugging in the charger first and then switching it on.. plugging in when charger is on can create this issue.. and also wrong charger..
