    People I'm talking to on my Z10 complain of the audio cutting out, to the extent they ask me to switch to my landline phone. I do not hear any disruption in audio - no cut outs. Why would they experience the cut outs and not me? What is the problem with the sound?

    I always had people tell me that they couldn't hear me on my Z10. Could be your carrier and their service or it could be the radio file on your phone. Have you updated your Operating System recently? Have you ever tried to load a different OS? Maybe that is a step you will have to take to improve the radio quality.
