    I have problme with device it was not working after battre low the phone was switch off
    i trying to recharge was not responding and not showing any lights, now my phone is off and not charging
    what is the exat problem?

    Sometimes when the battery is dead, it will take awhile to get the charging to show. Try plugging it in and leave for awhile and see if it charges back up
