    For a few weeks I was receiving push notifications to download the new 10.3.1 OS update, but it was never a good time for me or I wasn't connected to a wifi source. So now that I have some time and want to upgrade the OS, I am getting no push notifications and when I try to upgrade through the Settings window, I am told that I have the most up to date software. Any advice?

    Are you on Telus?
    I saw a report that they pulled the update due to issues.
