    Tried using usb cable but it never mounts up.
    Asks me to reconnect the device but no joy.

    install Link and update the drivers.....
    I had to reinstall new drivers for my pc to recognize when i updated to 10.3

    I am on 10.2. Now it is working, but it updates drivers everytime I attach my phone and after that I have to reconnect my device.
