Can anyone help with this, it's a completely unlocked phone for the UK, tried to ring another EE network number and keeps telling me to call admin because my phone is not authorised to call that numbers network.

I'm not familiar with the error you are getting, but try looking in the phone app, pull down from top, settings, smart dialling.
Make sure everything looks sensible there.
What am I specially looking for, nothing seems out of place?

Check for country code +44.
No area code.
National number length 10.
No office extension number.
That's what I have set anyway.
If that's not it, then maybe post a screenshot of the error message.
Well the message said:

Do you know anybody that might be able to help, tried wiping the phone with security wipe didn't work.

TBH, you are probably in the right place for help with BlackBerry devices.
Check your call blocking settings in the phone app and see if anything is turned on there.
Have you tried the SIM in another device? It may be being blocked by EE for whatever reason.
Yeh I've tried another sim different network and still the same so...
I'll have a look at the call blocking

Nothing on call blocking either!

BTW, you can take a screenshot by holding down the up and down volume buttons for about a second. No need for a camera.
I notice you have WiFi connectivity but there is no BlackBerry logo beside it. That's also unusual in you can access the Internet normally.
I presume this is a personal device and not connected with a BES service?
Yeh got it second hand, but it's for my personal use. It's a referbed model. Internet works fine got signal, allows me to sms as well. The blackberry logo comes and goes.

A refurb, ok. Type " myver" followed by a space in your next post so we can see what OS version you have.
A did a quick search and based on the few results for this error, you may need to reload the OS using BlackBerry Link or an autoloader. Since you've already done a security wipe, there can't be much on the device anyway, so it shouldn't be a big deal.
If you prefer, wait a few more hours to see if anyone else here has any other suggestions.

It may have had a BES IT policy pushed to it. Maybe try searching for removing an IT policy.
- changed a few words.
Surely the security wipe would have cleared any such policy?
Yeh that didn't work

It can't be that easy, or else everyone would be wiping their phones to get rid of BES policies.
Rob, is this happening with just one specific number you're trying to call, or all outbound calls?
Don't want to derail the thread, but I assumed the policies were there to protect business data, not prevent repurposing of a device. But I'm no BES admin.
I might be off base with the IT Policy, this was a common thing with the older BBOS devices.
It happens with all outgoing and incoming calls tried both multiple times to make sure, it won't let them through

Baarn can you give me a link to see if reloading the OS might work please

Your device is using a 10.3.2 OS and 10.3.2 hasn't officially been released in the UK. It's theoretically possible that the network could block your device on this basis, but unlikely as you can otherwise use it and access the Internet.
As it is above the 10.3.2.500 cut-off point, you cannot go back to an official 10.3.1.
The instructions for autoloaders are here:

Browse the forum a bit to get people's recommendations for the "best" 10.3.2 version.
