    After updating my z10 to 10.3 my mobile is not charging with charger when switched on,but is charging when switched off and also charges when connected to laptop.

    Reload your OS.
    Get the files from herehttp://forums.crackberry.com/bb10-le...oaders-995995/

    download the files you need, unzip them, close Link, cable up to a PC and click the exe

    Reloading the OS worked for me. Maybe you should try
