    My z10 automatically mutes volume when someone is calling and it is in the pocket, please help me solve this problem.

    When a call is coming in, any touch of the screen mutes the call. Lock your kb and maybe that will help.

    Hi, have you tried locking your keyboard to see if this helps ?? I also appear to be making many more pocket calls lately !!

    I try lock the screen but it doesn't helps, is there any other solution? I don't want to put my z10 into the shell .
