On the blackberry hub screen, it has been loading or reseting for 3 days. Screen says Preparing Blackberry Hub like it usually does, but usually updates within seconds. Tried everything. 5 swipes top right corner. Took battery out. Powered off on.

You can try:
- Hold the top buttom and only let go when you see the BB loading screen (ignore on screen prompts to reboot/shut down);
- Power the device down, take th battery off, leave it be for a couple minutes, put battery back in, turn it on (do obey this order - BB10 hates battery pulls);
First option should do the trick.
