I registered my Z10 long ago and since then the e mail address is used is now obsolete, I cannot get in to my ID please assist in helping a new e mail address change the ID?

Your BBID is tied directly to your email address you used to set it up and it is also tied to your BlackBerry World app account, BB Protect, and BBM.
You can not change your current BBID email address without having access to the email account it was set up under.

Either recover the old email account or hope you never have to modify or move your BBID.
