    hi, i've scoured cb and couldnt find an answer to my situation.

    my phone's battery completely died and when i try to charge it with the oem wall charger it turns on, the blackberry logo appears, and then big charging battery logo appears. typical procedure for charging a battery from 0% until it has enough life to turn on. except, even after a few hours there is no progress made with the charge.

    when connected to my pc it is detected by windows but not by bb link.

    besides testing with another battery what could i possibly do about this?

    also, the phone died while connected to the wall charger.
