    Hi

    I know this has been discussed before nur couldn't find the exact thread and I also just want to make sure this is not forgotten because it's a major issue in the BlackBerry community.

    For 4 weeks now my Z10 cannot connect to my home WiFi but can Access all other wifis. There is no Problem with the Router or anything else. It is the phone.

    It has me so frustrated that I'm thinking of getting another phone.

    I used to have that problem about 4-6 leaks ago. For me it was software problems.
    I just deleted the WiFi profile from my phone and rebooted the phone.
    Do not connect to WiFi until 1-2 hours later.
    Also unplug the router for around 30 mins and then once it has booted up connect your phone.

    If that fails reload software onto phone

    Also check to be sure there isn't a new firmware update avail for your router.

    If you're connecting to other sources it's unlikely to be your phone.
    Delete ALL stored wifi connections.
    update your router or reset it as suggested
    Update phone if required.
    Re- connect phone to router (use password rather than WPS)
    Prioritize your connection

    If you are running a dual band router isolate your phone network to one channel (preferably 5 MHz) and other devices to the alternate.

    I had this problem and I was getting interference from a Wifi hydroelectric meter (2.4 MHz)which had been recently installed in our home so look for device interference. You have to keep in mind that your phone is mobile and other electrical devices can interfere with the signal.
