    I don't know but my z10 camera is not opening.
    When I click on camera it's written "camera can't open ".
    I have restart many times but still it not opening.
    Assistance required

    I suggest to run a taskmanager to close any android port/app... skype does that for me. I think I closed it and it keeps running in the background and "monopoles" the camera so that I can't use it.
    Wit the App "Taskmanager" in BlackBerry-World, I close all apps, cam works again.
