    same here.. try hard reset. if still persist, try tapping the phone by holding it in your one hand and tap to other hand. not too hard though.

    Working like **** means it's working but poorly or no focus at all ?

    All BB10 phones have very poor auto focus, so that should be normal. Try to take pictures like this: Hold the on screen shutter button until focus and release it. The photo is taken when you release the finger from the screen. This way I manage to take good focused photos by the first or second try.
