    Are you saving the video to the SD card? I haven't noticed this issue, but I will do some testing.

    I already suggested you may have a slow SD card. What class is it?

    As a test, try saving to device memory.

    In your camera app, pull down from the top to reveal the settings tab. Toggle off 'save on media card'.

    Why not follow the instructions. It says close some apps, not delete some files

    Swipe down from the top, select device monitor, three horizontal bars on the left and touch memory. That should show you what is using the devices memory
