    i tried your solution but "#Smart Dialling" was not visible when i removed the SIM card. Is there anything else i can try to get my contacts name to appear when receiving a call?

    Have you checked that your country code and area code are entered correctly?

    Tried Vatsal's idea and worked for one call. Having made changes to Phone Address book settings like disabling the linkedin contacts, BBM contacts, BBM video contacts etc to minimize the load on Caller number to get identified. Z3 is now working fine and able to see the caller name when call is being received.
