Hi guys.just want to ask how to troubleshoot my z10.it only reach 92% when charging then the charging symbol (the one that looks like a lightning and blingking) disappear. I already try turning off the phone and charge it for 8 hours.yet, the red led light just keep on blingking and never turn to green unlike with my 9220 curve.thanks guys.need help badly.

Hi! What OS are you using? Have you considered changing the OS to see if its the software on your phone?

Did you check the info screens to check if there is something running with high cpu or battery usage?

go to settings - app manager - and then first menu option, device monitor. there you can see battery charge, on top right you can choose for last 12 hours. now you can see if the charge reached 100%. also you can see what app is using battery and cpu.
