    Why is it that my z10 will automatically turn off when it reaches 30% then if I turn it on again it will appear empty battery. How can I fix this?

    When the phone switches off @30%, remove the battery for an hour, den cnct nd start the charging.. it will start it's charge all along frm 0% nd the issue will be solved

    I have the same issue with my Z10 before the latest update. Try to calibrate your phone so the sensor of your phone to the battery will be refresh. Pull out the battery then connect your phone to a computer for 30 min without the battery. Then put the battery back without disconnecting your phone to the computer. Wait until it is fully charged.
