    My daughter's Z10 keeps reverting back to Old Settings any time the battery dies and I restarted, or if the phone is left alone for some time. Any changes made to the background, screen or order of the apps on the screen Reverts back to how they were previously set. Does anyone know why this happens and how I can fix it? Is there something in the settings that I am missing?
