Hi Folks -- I updated my Z30 a few days back, and after the update, the bluetooth is not connecting. The problem I note is that I go into my settings and slide the button to ON, but it does not stay on. The Configure, Refresh and Tap to Pair does not turn on either. As soon I go back, the Bluetooth is turned off.
Any suggestions on how to fix this would be greatly appreciated.
Do a clean install of the OS and don't restore any settings.....
Lot of folks are having Bluetooth issues.... some can be fixed by deleting all pairings (both devices if possible). And then recreate them. But I've seen other where it still turns off and on after that.
My Z10 still pairs just fine with my Ford Sync.... I'm on 10.3.3.2049
What OS version are you now on?
