Not able to attach the screen shot for whatever reason, however my network subset and service provider headings both say unlocked. Not sure what I'm doing wrong when trying to attach the screen shot. Open to suggestions as to how to do this property.

Take the screenshot by pressing your Up and Down volume buttons at the same time. Open the screenshot in your Photos folder and press Share and share it to yourself via email. Open your email attachment containing the photo on your computer and save it to your computer (I always use Desktop, you might decide on something else). Go to a photo sharing site (flickr, imgur, imagevenue, etc.) and post it to there then share the link with us here.

There might be quicker ways to do it but that's how I do it. Cheers.

Make sure you've given the cb app appropriate file sharing permissions in application settings or the upload won't work properly.

You can screen shot and then upload directly to the cb app post....he might need to adjust their app permission settings first.

Thanks to all who provided the info I needed to post my screen shot. I did need to grant the appropriate permissions and was not aware that the file sharing was off.
In any event, now that I am able to provide the screen shot, would anybody be able to tell me if in fact, this phone is unlocked? It would be nice if I would be able to pass this phone down (or up depending on how you look at it) , when the time comes.
Despite what most people think, this BlackBerry gets a lot of attention from my 30 something daughters who are in the management and health care fields, primarily because of the Hub. The only thing holding them back, I believe is the cost and of course the brand. Being able to say,"my dad gave me the phone, I didn't buy it! ", takes any stigma directed towards them and at least they get to experience the phone.
I'm not sure I understand why but, I do know this is a concern.
If this phone is unlocked it makes it that much easier, if not I will unlock it.
Thanks to all who responded to my questions.

Here's a screen shot of mine. It looks like yours may not be unlocked if we compare the images. I did unlock mine and have used other sim cards in it.

The message shown under your "phone network lock" is asking for the network unlock code so it's definitely not unlocked
