    My z10 shutting down after 20% battery. When it charging it s showing above 20% level. Anyone can tell whether it is battery complaint or software issue.

    Try a battery pull after a restart, wait five minutes with battery out. Then use the original power charger to do a full charge and then discharge completely. There are some pages in these forums on how to recalibrate the battery meter as well if you do a search.
