Hi,

When I click on the youtube app all I get is a white screen. Have restarted the device and problem still exists.

Any ideas how to resolve?

Delete it, then add it back to your home screen from the browser.

Press and hold until the icon is flashing, then you can delete it.
Next go to the browser and type in YouTube, once it opens, press the overflow menu (three dots) and select add to home screen. Edit the name as required and there you go.

Many thanks tried doing that. When try to go into youtube on browser it's just a white screen for youtube

I managed to resolve problem. Went into browser in private mode and installed short cut from there

Since private browser hides your info and possibly your IP, it's possible youtube is blocking your IP or your account for some reason.

Clear cache and try again.
