[CrackBerry Question]

This Q10 has never had a sim installed! No update is visible on BB Link or with the Q10 on Wifi. Perhaps with all the reported problems of 10.3, it is better not to update? I also have a T-Mobile Q10 which I have not tried to update (and probably won't for a while).

You can update the phones yourself. Use the files from here:

and follow the guide in my signature.
Download the file, unzip, close link, cable to your PC and click the exe.

UPDATED: Passport and Classic are the first phones officially sold on Amazon by BlackBerry, older phones will have to wait just a bit longer

If bought from ShopBB and still don't see the update it may take until Friday/Monday if you haven't tried the SIM trick.
