So whenever I open any app I have downloaded from amazon appstore it said connection failed and there is a problem with authority

Amazon Appstore has been having some authentication issues this last week.
Go to Device Monitor then Storage then Appstore. Clear data. It will ask you to confirm. Confirm. Back out. Tap Appstore icon. You will have to login. Once you login, all your data will repopulate.

I didn't find clear data option, just uninstalling the app is the only thing I see there!
I will reinstall the app store and will see

I think OP may be using an older pre 10.3.1 OS, hence why the option isn't there
If the OP is on 10.2.1 then that would explain the weird permissions and offline issues
