    Hello there,

I have a Blackberry Classic, which was stuck during secure wipe. After failing with all methods like Link, etc I tried to use Autoloader which I downloaded from BB official site. It seems I may have used a wrong autloader, and now the screen is stuck on Blackberry- Classic screen.

    Hellpppp please.

Just download the correct autoloader and try it again. It is very difficult to permanently brick a BB10 device. I would get the autoloader from Thurask's repository. No worries--they are ALL "official". Good luck!

Just tried this. Command line shows for 2-3 seconds and the phone reboots and back to zero.
Damn GroundHog day today with BB Classic!

    That's a crippled developer OS.

The one I posted is good.

Here are the hashes for it.

Is it ok to ask an additional question here admin?

See, the reason I reloaded the d@mn thing was to avoid battery problems lately. The battery had been brilliant since new for a new year and last week BB just started running hot for no good reason. Uninstalled all the apps but all in vain.
Seems that reloading the software has not resolved the problem.

    Kindly advice

Take a look at device monitor, current cpu. Let it settle. What does it report for "system"? Usually it should be around 4-6% at idle.

Turn off battery saving mode, let it settle, and post a screenshot of current cpu screen.

    Will do. Thank you.
Shall I try a different version of autoloader if there is a memory leak?
Also if I disconnect from charging then the only way to recharge is by rebooting. I.e. it does not charge once the charger is disconnected in between.

When you reloaded the OS, did you restore any old settings.... or did you just start over?

It is best to eliminate any "settings" and just do a clean install of the OS... add your accounts and let it settle in before reinstalling your apps.

I'd change the charger that you are using also... just to rule it out.

I can confirm, it was a fresh start. I will try a clean install again since it is matter of 10 minutes only.

Update: Did secure wipe this morning. CPU still at 54%. Can someone please recommend a different autoloader (older version) to try.

    thanks

Turn off battery saving mode, let it settle, and post a screenshot of current cpu screen.
    That won't change anything.

Let the phone settle for 10 minutes and post the screenshot I asked for please.
