I just received a notification to upgrade to 10.3.3 but I don't know if I will remain with media files after the update.
Would I lose my files after upgrading from 10.3.2 to 10.3.3???-img_20170218_065650.png

No you shouldn't, but I'd still recommend backing up before updating.

Of course not. You won't lose anything (it would be crazy otherwise), not even your apps' data.

No, I just updated my passport and just as before it works fine and with no data loss. If there were ever a risk they would provide a disclaimer telling you "this will erase your data" and to do a backup

You should have no issues as has been said. Always a good idea to back up, but I never have and I've never lost any files on my updates. Just make sure to keep the phone plugged in during the install.

Over the air updates keep all of your files, but as everyone has said: a backup is always a good thing even just to have a second copy of your data.

Don't upgrade. Not that you will loose information, but there are issues with 10.3.3. Your version works well. Wait until bugs are fixed.

Following that advice we'd all still be on 10.1 since a brief look through the forums will show the same thing said about every update ever issued. Many people have upgraded and had no issues at all.

True that you will have to update sometime. However, my experience is one of a complete blocking of the system. That is why I say, just wait till bugs have been fixed.

Thank you so much. But still hesitating to upgrade to 10.3.3 whilst others are experiencing bugs.
