Worth is subjective and you never mentioned a single way in which you plan on using your device so, it's hard to even guess if it would be 'worth' it to you. If you just want a standard answer... yes. The DTEK60 is a bigger, better, faster, better in every way, DTEK50.

I am in the same boat. I agree with Bla1ze, there is no doubt that the Dtek60 is the better device. My question is, is it worth $250 more than the Dtek50? I look at it like the Xperia line. You can get the standard Xperia X or you can get the Xperia XZ for a higher price. The XZ is the premium version and the X is the standard version.

I have seen a couple people in the Dtek60 forum actually say they prefer the Dtek50 as their daily driver. Curious about this, especially given the price difference.

Probably due to smaller screen size 5.2 vs 5.5 and textured back means its easier to handle even though the DTEK60 is faster.
