    We are using BES 12.5.2 for approximately 600 devices, comprising of both BlackBerry Android OS devices as well as BB10 OS devices. For the Android OS devices, each time a user runs a software update, the work profile deletes itself and the phone needs to be brought to us for re-activation on the BES server. This has grown to be a pain, as our users are located in offices across the city. We're dealing with approximately 3-5 of these incidents daily, and it has really become a pain. We approached BlackBerry about this, and were told that there is not much they can do.

    Has anyone been able to find a solution to this issue? It's a pain in the a** that an OS update is essentially breaking the connection.
