did you leave memory card in? For whatever reason when I did not remove the card the phone would hang on 98%

Seems to be a common issue among all my past bb10 devices, if I had a lot of data/ used for a long time, it would seemingly get stuck for over 24 hours, and starting over doesn't help I'd recommend what the other poster said about the removal of your SD card and if that doesn't work try reloading your software via pc

Do a hard reset.... see if it finishes.

If not using an Autoloader to reinstall the OS will get you going.

I find that by deleting as many apps as possible prior to the wipe helps with the speed of the wipe
