Windows doesn't recognize device library on Z30....need some help.

Cleaning up some of our devices and a few have them "blank settings menu" issue....most will still connect to Link or can be seen through Windows Explorer to access docs/photos for download or backup. However, one of the devices simply won't connect to either.

We need to get the photos and Notes off the device. I might try an SD card for the photos, but can I do Notes the same way? Not sure if that will work, or if I'll even be able to tell the device where to save them since I cannot access the settings menu.

Does anyone have some suggestions to help W7 or Link recognize the device?

This is a known bug with the Z30.

Only an autoloader beyond 10.3.3.2205 will fix the problem.

Transfer files via OneDrive or Box.
