Will the Sony Bluetooth Headset SBH20B work with the BlackBerry Passport?

Considering buying this for my BlackBerry Passport. Questions:

1) Any idea if this would work?
2) There are two Bluetooth version � 3.0 and 4.1. Would both work for Passport?
