    Hello, I am planning to upgrade my device and will be testing SharePoint client for our intranet site for workflows and digital signatures. Any information on it will be greatly appreciated.
    Please let me know the pros / cons if possible.

    It's the same OS... or will soon be, so from a software point of view both will be the same.

    Passport has better hardware so it will run Sharepoint a little quicker, and it has a larger viewing area, especially when users are typing.

    It really comes down to what form factor you want to use.... and how much you want to spend.
