hello all,

was hoping someone could shed some light on this for me as I am not very tech savy.

I was looking into buying the BB passport silver edition off amazon.com as it it the cheapest option and was wondering if it would work on my provider in Canada.

I am on wind mobile (now known as freedom mobile) and apparently wind operates on the same gse network that t-mobile does in the states which amazon says is compatible with this phone. Does this mean that talk, text, and data will work fine for me?

I was just wondering if someone could confirm this for me before I spend $400.
