It appears that TCL partnered with these people to preload some sort of dual-account setup on the KEY2. I don't think it needs two SIMs to work, either.

Looks like. There's a preload of a variant of the app I linked above, but I'm unsure if it allows cloning anything or just a specific list. There are also preloaded apks listed as (messenger package name).clone, like com.whatsapp.clone or com.facebook.orca.clone (FB Messenger).
