If you backed up on Link you can recover it.

I believe that you'll have to start fresh because how Clash of Clans works is that your profile is mot saved on your phone, but on the online servers. If restarted, you'll have to log in to the server using the same username and password you used before you restarted.

The problem with that on BlackBerry 10 is that you need Google Play Services to be able to do that, which is not possible. So you will have to start fresh.

I've heard of people getting their saved game through BlackBerry Link restore from backups.

Link will be able to backup and restore the app.

But you need to restore not only the CoC app itself, but also the "blackberry runtime" (not to be confused with the Android Runtime) which contains the necessary data files.

Do a full backup with custom restore or full restore.

If you do a non destructive upgrade you will be fine. If you are going to load a leaked OS with an autoloader, follow directions above re: link

No. In app purchases require a connection to Google play. You have to 'play for free'

OK I play Clash of clans on my BlackBerry 10 and I updated it 3 times non destructively and your progress is "saved".

In fact everything on CoC is saved in the cloud, so there is nothing on your device. However, when you start the game, it somehow recognises your device and will link your progress to it... some people said that it's the runtime and that by backing it up, you can restore the runtime. For this, you need to make a full backup with BlackBerry Link.

If you ever do lose you BlackBerry 10 phone and haven't done backup, you can still recover your village by contacting Supercell, but then you'll need an Android or iOS device... for now your can't restore to a BlackBerry device.

Here is what happened to me...

My z10 died and does not even power on any longer so I can't recover the game from the device. I know CoC has your village online so I emailed support and they were able to recover my village by providing a code but here is the caveat you need to sign in to your Google account and since I cant do that I have my village running on a program called bluestacks for pc. At least if we ever find a way to sign in I can start to play on my phone again.

Ps I purchased a passport and love it so far!!

If you got yourself an android device you could restore your game 100%, it will then be linked via google+ forever and you can then move to any android device after that with ease.
