    Only on WiFi, and you'll need workarounds for anything requiring BlackBerry Services.

    Even this is sort of a mixed bag given how service books work on BlackBerry 7. If a complete reset/software reload was done of a BlackBerry 7 device, you would need a BIS enabled SIM to make it download the service book to enable WiFi for certain applications.
