    First. There is the option under Settings + Storage and Access to allow for Access using a Wi-Fi network to personal files stored on your device or media card.

    Second BlackBerry Link/BlackBerry Blend.
    You'll be able to use your BB10OS File Manager to access files on the computer you allowed in Link that you configured.

    You don't need to patch anything, just grab the Dukto app from Blackberry World. This app is cross-platform with everything -- android, BB, iOS, windows,linux,etc.
