    I can connect to other wifi networks, except for the one in my apartment. Other people can connect to my wifi.

    I've tried all of the troubleshooting steps, except the EAP one because that option doesn't show up in the modifying network step.

    I have a Blackberry Priv Android Version 6.

    It will continue to say "saved" or "Authenticating" but never connects. Sometimes it says "Authentication Problem". And sometimes it automatically turns off my wifi and then turns it back on and tries to connect but still nothing.

    Have you deleted the saved network?

    What OS are you running?

    You said you tried all the troubleshooting steps.... so I'd say do a factory reset without restoring any old data and see if it will connect.
