I have to continually restart my phone for WiFi calling to work. Is this the best it gets?

If you're on T-Mobile and using that OS, then yep. Good as it gets for now.

I have two Z10s on t-mo, one running the last, official 10.2 and another running 2789. I restart my phone in the morning and rarely have any issues with WFC. If I am in the main house where the Verizon router/modem combo lives, WFC is near 100% reliable. In my office, running a router a separate router, I'm more like 85%. But still excellent.

My wife runs WFC on her Classic with the Verizon router and she has never once complained to me about issues.

My reset is about once per day. Should not be necessary unless that was automatic.

Well, my wife never resets her classic and has no issues with WFC. I just do it from habit.
