I had to get a replacement blackberry passport SE and I tried to download the Wfc app from BlackBerry world and it is showing as unavailable for my device. PassportSQW100-4/10.3.2.2876

On my old passport messages would send but not MMS or group texts

If you are saying you are having issues with sms over wifi-calling, which OS are you on? My experience is that some aren't friendly to wifi-calling even if it shows it's functioning.

That should be good -- however since we are both on T-mo, perhaps there's been some tweaking on their end and BB 10 devices are going to have issues. One of the main reasons I went over to the Motion is that I must have WFC. And the Motion is basically flawless.

I called BlackBerry support at Tmo and they couldn't help either. I need Wfc because I get no signal in my office.

Wfc still doesn't work on my phone despite the app being on and a strong WiFi signal. I can neither make calls or send texts. Very weird. Any more suggestions???

I know this is basic stuff, and since you had it working on your previous phone, but check to see if you (still?) have a 911 address on your profile. Also be sure when you replaced your phone you absolutely got the right model. Never mind what the box says, look on the phone.

I will check the e911 when I get to my pc. Is there a model that isn't compatible with WFC? If so, I was unaware of that.

All I know is there were versions of the Z10 and, I think, Z30 that didn't work. Trying to remember. For instance, T-mo will allow WFC and Hotspots on the Motion 100-2, but not the 100-1. Also, I found using autoloaders to upgrade my BB10 OS would occasionally introduce an OS that killed WFC, even through an earlier version worked.

Short of using an autoloader to update whole OS, I do not know. Sure someone on here does.
