    Have you rebooted?

    What OS are you running... there were some older ones that were buggy.

    Have you tried different routers?

    What version of BB10 is your phone on?

    I found when there was an issue, that using the WPS feature might work when entering a password would not.

    More info might be helpful... was the phone working on wi-fi before? Have you installed anything new? Has your router recently been updated - many have been due to KRACK. Have you tried resting your router to default and then setting it up again.
