    I have a BlackBerry Passport, sometimes the wifi of my house simple just don't appear, but from my neighbors it's normal.. then I need to turn my phone off and then on again to it work, the problem is with my phone or the router? Tks

    i would try a different channel first on your built in AP and see if that might make the difference
