    hi i am using blackberry phone first time i have blackberry Bold 9780 when i format it, it starts working on WI-Fi and after few hours my blackberry world whats app all stop working. i could not be able to get massage update in whats app automatically even unable to connect blackberry world and other application which need internet connections.

    please help me

    Sounds like your OS is not working properly and doesn't stay connected to wifi.
    Maybe you should reload the OS.
