So I bought a new battery for a Curve 9300 and after a lot of trouble got the phone to sync with the desktop manager to update the software to v6.0. After turning it on, a RIM disclaimer message about the software pops up and refuses to go away even though the camera app and voice dialing apps can open in the background. I can't scroll or do anything as this message just blocks the whole screen and wont react to anything I've tried! Please help!

Have you tried restarting the device?

Several times- I pulled the battery about 3 times, erased and reloaded the software through Blackberry desktop manager and still the annoying disclaimer screen persists.
