    I have a BB Z10 that I gave to my son. When I turn on "Parental Controls", it accepts the password, etc. But when I disable the features in the next screen, and hit the arrow key to exit the screen, the parental controls turn back off.
    When I try to go back in, I have to re-enter my password to get back in(which is the way its supposed to work), but all of the settings, including the main parental control (On/Off), is all set back to off.
    So something is not saving or something else on the device is causing this to happen.

    Any help is much appreciated!! Thanks all.

    is everything else working with your OS? maybe it needs to be reloaded?
