It worked for months, now I get this message CPreferencesManager: Configuration Value for /Preferences/ Account_2_131073/syncAccountId_1 not set in Transconfig.xml for Translator RimBB
I read that this is an outlook issue, but I'm no longer sure of that.

This one worked for me for my Q10.

" I tried this one and now the syncing with outlook calendar & contact runs well. This might also work for others:

1. Open Blackberry Link connection to device.
2. Click Contacts/Calendar on the left pane.
3. Click "Configure" link for Calendar.
4 For Sync Direction, activate option "1-Way Sync To Your Device".
5 Click "OK" button.
6 Click "Sync Contacts/Calendar" button.
7 See the result from "Show Recent Activity" link on bottom left of the BBLink.
8 (in my case) Notification says "Sync completed successfully".
9 Click "Configure" link for Calendar.
10 For Sync Direction, activate option "2-Way Sync Between Your Device and Computer".
11 Click "OK" button.
12 Click "Sync Contacts/Calendar" button.
13 See the result from "Show Recent Activity" link on bottom left of the BBLink.
14 (in my case) Notification says "Sync completed successfully".
15 (in my case) Sync runs well again.

Note:
If above failed, repeat step #4 (here activate option "1-Way Sync To Your Computer) to #15.
